One tap organises everything into a professional, timestamped record. You keep it safe. If there's ever a dispute about deposit deductions, you have documented proof of the move-in condition.
Q: Is it free?
It's completely free to join the waitlist and download the app. Once you've created your report and you're happy, it costs £3 to store and share it. Cheaper than a coffee.
Q: What if I already moved in?
You can still use Wooma to document the condition now. It won't have the move-in advantage, but timestamped proof is better than no proof. And you'll have it ready for your next move. You can also ask us to remind you when you'll next be moving, so you don't forget to create a Wooma next time.
Q: Can my landlord still dispute my report?
Technically, they can dispute anything. But a timestamped professional report is far harder to argue with than phone photos or your word. If a dispute goes to a deposit protection scheme or court, your Wooma report is much stronger evidence than what most renters have. It changes the conversation from "he said, she said" to documented facts.
Q: Who controls my data?
