Your Reapit properties, synced automatically

1 min read

If you use Reapit, Wooma now does more of the admin for you. Here's what's changed.

Connect your CRM once, and properties, tenant details and landlord details sync into Wooma automatically.

Your properties appear automatically

Any property with a current tenancy in Reapit now comes into Wooma automatically. There's no need to add them by hand.

No duplicates, nothing lost

If a property already exists in Wooma, it's matched up with its Reapit record rather than added twice. Properties that already have reports are left exactly as they are, so none of your existing work is affected.

Landlord and tenant details come with them

Wooma also brings in the landlord and tenant details for each property. That means Wooma knows who to send things to, so it can handle tasks like sending inventories to incoming tenants and emailing documents to landlords, without you entering anyone's details.

Completed documents go back to Reapit

Once a report is complete, you can send it straight back to the matching property in Reapit. Everything stays in one place, and your team doesn't need to download and re-upload files.

The result is less copying and pasting between systems, fewer chances for mistakes, and more of your workflow running on its own.

Archived properties stay in sync

If a property is archived in Reapit, it's archived in Wooma too, so your property list stays tidy without any extra work. All of the property's data is kept safely, even once it's archived, so you can always come back to it if you need to.
