Every Wooma feature — property inspection reports, online tenant sign-off, mid-tenancy inspections, check-out comparisons, company branding, team accounts, and more — is included on every plan, including the free plan. Wooma does not lock features behind higher pricing tiers. The only difference between plans is the number of reports you can create each month.

No. Wooma does not charge setup fees, per-seat fees, or any other hidden charges. You can add as many team members as you need at no extra cost. On the free and pay-as-you-go plans you only ever pay for reports you actually create. On the unlimited plan you pay one fixed monthly or annual fee, nothing more.
