LONDON, 18 September 2026 — Wooma, the AI-powered property inventory and deposit platform, today announced that UPS Rental Division, part of Ulster Property Sales, Northern Ireland's largest estate agency, has named Wooma as its technology partner for inventory, inspection and check-out reporting across its full portfolio.

"This partnership is about giving our business the technology foundation to keep growing," said Andrew Haylett, Director at UPS Rental Division. "Wooma gives us a platform we can build on, and we're looking forward to what we can achieve together over the years ahead."

A trusted name across Northern Ireland

For decades, UPS has established itself as the leading name in property services across Northern Ireland, serving landlords and tenants throughout the region. Its standing is reinforced by consistent recognition at the Property Pal Awards, Northern Ireland's leading industry awards, where UPS is regularly named among the best for sales, lettings and customer service. A partnership at this scale is a significant vote of confidence in Wooma's technology, coming from one of the region's most established and recognised agencies.

Raising the standard of inventory reporting

UPS's inventory and check-out reports are now produced using Wooma Vision, Wooma's AI image scanning technology, delivered through Wooma Deposits, the company's end-to-end inventory and check-in/check-out platform. The agency reports a marked improvement in the consistency and detail of its reporting since making the switch.

"The quality of our inventory reports has improved noticeably since we started using Wooma Vision," said Sean Curley, Property Manager at UPS Rental Division. "The image scanning technology picks up detail our previous process could miss, which means faster, fairer deposit return outcomes for both landlords and tenants."

A seamless switch

The transition was carried out using Wooma Vault, Wooma's data migration and security service, enabling UPS to move away from its previous provider without any disruption to daily operations, and with all records securely backed up and transferred throughout.

"UPS's scale and reputation in Northern Ireland make this a partnership we're genuinely proud of," said Fraser Mair, Founder at Wooma. "Being chosen as their new technology partner is a real vote of confidence in what we've built, and we're excited to keep working with the team as UPS continues to grow."

What's next

Wooma and UPS are already working on further projects, including compliance tracking and cross-platform integration that wasn't possible on UPS's previous platform.
