Wooma can now summarise any report for you. Open the Summary tab, click "Summarise this report", and within a few seconds you'll have the most important points without reading the whole document.
Reports are thorough by design, but that thoroughness takes time to read. Summaries let office staff and property managers get to grips with a report quickly, so they can make decisions sooner.
They're particularly useful for:
- Check-outs: get straight to the core issues so you can make accurate decisions about potential deposit deductions.
- Updating landlords and tenants: pull out the key information before you get in touch.
- Deposit disputes: prepare a clear overview before submitting evidence to a deposit scheme.
To use it:
- Open a report and go to the Summary tab.
- Click "Summarise this report".
- Your summary will appear in a few seconds.
Report summaries are available now on web, where they've been most requested. There's nothing to update: the feature is already live.
