Wooma now brings every issue and compliance gap in a report together in a single view. Instead of reading the entire document, you can go straight to the things that need your attention.
From the Summary page, you can:
- See each issue and its photos.
- Make edits.
- View and change categories.
- Export the information.
All without navigating the full detail of the report.
It works across all core report types, so issues and compliance gaps are obvious and actionable the moment a report is complete. That's particularly useful for:
- Inspections: review maintenance or compliance issues logged during a visit.
- Check-outs: see how a property has changed since the inventory.
Less time spent reading long, complex reports means less mental load, and more time spent acting on what matters.
To use it:
- Open any report.
- Go to the Summary page.
- Review, edit or export the issues listed.
Availability
This feature is designed to streamline back office work, so we've built it on web first. There's also a lite version in the mobile app, which lets you quickly compare what was recorded at inventory with any issues noted at check-out. It makes scanning for potential deposit deductions even faster.
