Sending reports and tenant communications from Wooma is now faster, more flexible and more on-brand. Here's what's new.
A new email composer
You now have full control over your email content and recipients. You can also send multiple emails at once to different recipients, and each person receives their own individual email. That means there's no risk of accidentally sharing a landlord's details with a tenant, for example.
AI summaries in report emails
When preparing a report email, you can now generate a summary of the issues and most important points in a single click. Recipients get the key information up front, without needing to open the full report first.
Your branding on completed report emails
Completed report emails now use your company's logo, header and footer, so they look like they've come straight from your own email system.
Just make sure your logo and company name are uploaded in Settings, and they'll appear in your emails automatically.
Suggested recipients from your CRM
If your CRM is connected, Wooma will suggest the relevant landlord and tenant recipients for the property when you send tenant communications or completed reports. No more copying and pasting email addresses.
