October ’26 wrap: what’s new in Wooma
Changelog

Choose how image scanning lists items

1 min read

You can now decide whether image scanning groups similar items together or lists each one separately.

With grouping on, furniture is described together in one block. Switch it off and each item gets its own entry and description.

Until now, image scanning grouped similar items under a single label. Furniture, for example, would be described together in one block. That works well for a quick overview, but some reports need every item listed individually.

The new "Group detected items" setting gives you the choice:

  • On: similar items are grouped under labels like furniture, fixtures and fittings, or appliances.
  • Off: each visible item is listed and described separately, giving you a full, item-by-item inventory.

Grouping stays on by default, so nothing changes unless you want it to.

To turn grouping off:

  1. Open Wooma on web.
  2. Go to Settings > AI Integration.
  3. Switch off "Group detected items".

The setting is available now, with nothing to update.

Thank you for the great suggestion, and keep them coming.
