You can now schedule an inventory to be sent to tenants on a date of your choosing. When you complete an inventory, pick the date the tenancy starts and Wooma will send it to the tenant for signature on that day.

Pick the send date once, check the pre-filled tenant details, and Wooma sends the inventory on the day the tenancy starts.

Inventories often need to reach tenants on the day they collect the keys, not the day the report is finished. Until now, that meant remembering to come back and send it. With scheduled send, you set it once and move on. One more thing off your to-do list.

If your CRM is connected, Wooma will also pre-fill the incoming tenants' details for you. Just check they're right, confirm, and schedule.

To use it:

Click "Complete report".
Select "Send report to tenants".
Enter the tenants' details, or confirm them if they've been pre-filled.
Pick a future date and click "Schedule send".

Scheduled reports are sent at midnight UK time on the date you choose. If you'd rather send the report straight away, just click "Send now" instead.
